Current Burn Ban Status: No Burn Ban

As of October 1st, 2024 there is no longer a Stage 1 Fire Safety Burn Ban in effect.

Duvall Fire offers free home vegetation debris burning permits for the residents of our district.  The permits are good for 30 days from application in the absence of a burn ban. 

 

If you have access to a computer and printer you can apply and print online.  If you do not, you must apply in person at our headquarters station in Duvall. 

 

In person permits are typically only issued during officer hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-5:00PM).

To apply you must be within the district borders.  If you are not sure, please verify here or contact us.

Only recreational fires are allowed within the Duvall urban growth boundary (outlined in green on the district map).  No permit is required for these.
